Yes, the client auth gets reset. You can change the behavior so that the
client auth table is NOT reset. See

Lost Citrix Metaframe Connections

I'm getting complaints from my users that they are being disconnected from
their Firewall Authenticated Citrix Metaframe sessions. The complaints are
around the time that I have been installing either a new Firewall Policy or
updating the Firewall Users database. Subsequently, I monitored a Citrix
Metaframe Session while I installed a Firewall Policy and the connection
was
not disconnected.
Does the Firewall interrupt client authentication sessions when a policy or
user database is installed.
