Nokia has no load sharing capablity, although you can setup VRRP monitored
circuits to set up failover capability, which is just as good as buying a
load balancing switch or similar.
Our of interest, how many IP / VPN connections are you catering for here ?
The 650 is a hefty bit of equipment.
