I don't know.  Are you experiencing any problems with the firewall?  Is
the <IP Address> an internal, external, or unrecognized address?  What is
happening in the Firewall log at and around the same timestamp?

fw printlic will show you the installed licenses
fw lichosts will show you the IPs the licenses are applied to
deleting $FWDIR/database/fwd.h & $FWDIR/database/fwd.hosts will clear the
license count (do this while fwstop'ped).  If you have had internal IP
readdressing or reorganization this may be a good idea.
