What is the correct upgrade path for Checkpoint Firewall-1 and Rainfinity
Rainwall?
Currently I have 2 firewalls, running on Windows NT 4.0 SP6a. Checkpoint
4.1 SP1, Rainwall v1.3.
I'd like to upgrade to the latest Checkpoint SP level and Rainwall v1.5. My
question is, what is the correct procedure for doing this?
I figure there are two options:
Option A
Install Checkpoint upgrade
Install Rainwall upgrade
Option B
Uninstall Rainwall
Install Checkpoint upgrade
Install Rainwall upgrade
If anyone knows the official stance, or has any words of wisdom from past
experience, it would be greatly appreciated.
