[FW1] securemote

I have a 3 gateway setup and encryption domains behind each gateway and a
mgt console on a NT box.  I can securemote in and see two encryption domains
but I can't see the third encryption domain.  I looked at the logviewer and
when I go to either encryption domain I can see that the firewalls are
decrypting the packets.  I see no packets being decrypted for the other
gateway.  How can I troubleshoot this problem??
