I don't think you have the license, although SecuRemote is free,
you still need to ask for a license. You need one of the following
features when doing a fw printlic -p, depending on the CPVP-VSR-**-V41
license you asked :
srulight 50 Users
srlight 100 Users
srmedium 500 Users
srlarge 1000 Users
srsuper 5000 Users
srunlimit Unlimited
