I've had the EXACT same problems! with both the time being 1 hour behind,
and the mgmt server locking up and not displaying entries. I too had to
restart my mgmt server.
This sounds like a bug that CP needs to know about ?

Configuration: Mgmt server running NT 4.0 SP6a and FW-1 4.1SP2, controlling
5 nokia FW's: (4) IP330's and (1) IP440, all with IPSO 3.3 and FW-1 4.1SP2.
All servers are using NTP to get the correct time.
Noticed in the log viewer today that the log entries are one hour behind.
The management server's time is correct and is working with EDT. All
firewalls also indicate that they are using EDT.
Any ideas?
(Unrelated I think, but I had to bounce the fw svc today on the mgmt server
because the log viewer would lock up and not display entries)
