[FW1] IPSec VPN between CP 4.0 and Cisco IPSec

Has anybody succeeded in creating an IPSec VPN between a Cisco box and CP 4.0.

Do I need a specific version of IOS? I would like to do pre-shared secret or
manual IPSec if it is the only way to go.
