We've had Secure Remote working fine for a long
while (eg. dialup and cable modem) and seems to work good.
However I have one user who intermittantly has
problems pulling email into MS Outlook Express (it just sits there and
dies after ~ 2 minutes.) Although they can access other HTTP hosts ( on the same
network, behind the same firewall) using secure remote at the time with no
trouble. This user will try later and have no trouble pulling email
into MS Outlook Express via Secure Remote - unfortunately this can be 10
hours later.
Has anyone run into this problem or have any ideas
where I should look ? Any suggestions appreciated.
This user is running on the following
config:
Secure Remote, MS Outlook Express, Win98, Cable
Modem ISP connection, Several Secure Remote builds - doesn't seem to matter,
Norton Antivirus
