Hi everybody, hope somebody can help me.
Yesterday I used the Windows Management Client to add a workstation to my
network, so I added it, I added it to its correspondant group and finally
I compiled and installed the rulebase. ( I also added a new rule ). The
problem is that I never saw the usual message of success in the
compilation/installation process. After that I am unable to access my
firewall, eventhough I have a rule that accepts connections from my
machine, I can not access again the firewall with the GUI client. It seems
as if I had lost all my rights. Does anybody know whit this
happened???. Obviously if I do a fwstop and then only run fwm I am able to
access the firewall via the GUI client, but once I issue fwstart I lose
connection to the firewall. I have checked my rulebase and I have all the
rights, I do not know why this is happening. Any ideas???
