[FW1] Upgrade to ipso3.4 and fw-1 sp4...

        We upgraded one of our IP650 (management is on Solaris with
SP2)...But we saw that after rebooting the firewall performance degraded
dramaticly over 5 minute of period and the access became almost
impossible....Could this be because my management is not on SP4? or
something else....Thanks
