Does this file get cycled? The reason that I ask is my file is 31 MB in
size.....does that seem right?

This is the file Firewall daemon uses to write his stuff, such as "daemon
was started", etc.
This file is used mostly on Unix platforms, Windows NT version usually write
to the event viewer.
