Hi,

I have successfully configured IKE vpns with OpenSSL certificates. I can
confirm it works.
Though I have no documentation about how to make it work, I must mention
I had posted some mails about it before.
If you know well how OpenSSL works it should be no problem for you to
make it too.
You need to create a CA, a FW (server) certificate and client
(SecuRemote) certificates. The only trap I see is about the CRL, which
should be no problem now with SP4.

(My apologies if this is a duplicate)

Hi, there was some discussion in the archives about
using third party certificates for Secure Remote. I
have FW1 version 4.1 with Secure Remote and currently
am using hybrid authentication with passwords. We
all know how secure passwords are (ha ha).

Can someone please post a step-by-step procedure for
user authentication with openssl (say) or Win2K (say),
and hopefully we can archive it for future use. My
preference is to get openssl working, but if we must
pay Bill some more money, then let us do that too.

I have been making some progress on getting it to work,
so if I get no responses I will post when I have figured
it out.

Thanks!
