Honestly I think that your reseller is screwing you.  When you buy a
software subscription, you are issued contract numbers for your software
subscription service.  Maybe your friendly reseller is trying to keep these
from you so that they can keep you on the hook for getting all of your
support through them.  I would check into it.  If you paid for a software
subscription, then CheckPoint has a contract number associated with the
purchase.  Whether a reseller bought it or not.  Get on the phone dude,
somebody owes you an explanation, because they are supposed to send that
directly to you when they receive payment...
