I have a question about the workarounds that is suggested. One of them is
to drop udp port 259 at the perimeter router. I thought port 259 is used
for securemote authentication and negotiation. Can this workaround still
be used if there are securemote users? I also have the same question about
disabling fw-1 control connections regarding securemote. It seems
everytime I have disabled that I had problems with my securemote users.
Also, do other encryption schemes use port udp 259? I would appreciate any
advice.
