Consider also QOS and Shaping when you implement VPN and or Nat =(latency
,clock,.......)
otherwise you w�ll have a sort off echo-phone connection in the best case
When you are connecting Pabx�s you need to know which kind off IP-trunking
your provider has implemented
(ports,mtu-size,TOC bits Diffserv field..................) and take this in
consideration when you implementing the policy
on the FW�s
When you implementing voip gateway�s ( like Sip) L7 QOS on every active
Ip-node (also from the isp) on your
communication-line is a must , bandwithcontrol like floodgate can help but
it is not a total solution.

What kind of VOIP Products you will use ? In Clarent, specified in their
website you have to allow H323 protocol and other high ports that is
customized ports(config) of the specified product.
