Well, you can also start with the simple stuff. Make sure StoneBeat is starting properly and is configuring your interfaces appropriately. I had a similar issue once and turned out that I forgot to enable the StoneBeat startup script (which I disabled for some testing purposes) and it wasn’t bringing up the interfaces. In any case, what the box is telling you is your interfaces are not plumbed correctly or just not plumbed.
