      IIRC, this is a kernel space memory outage.

      you can increase the memory the kernel module has assigned at boot
      time editing the /etc/system

      those are my settings for my 2 R220 cluster with near 200 rules:


* Variables del kernel module de FW-1
set fw:fwhmem=0x800000

     anyway I remeber there is a formula to calculate this number in
phoneboy, i think.

      Hello's

      I need help here
      I have  CheckPoint Firewall-1 ver 4.0 build 4031 running on SunOs
      5.6,
      Of late  the box has been behaving erractic.
      During peak times it logs the attached  message on the  console and
      then
      hungs.
      Rebooting brings it back online .
      Could it be a memory issue,?  It has 512 Megabytes of RAM
