Hi,
I cannot receive syslog messages from our Ericsson Tigris system (access
server). I did a sniffer trace and discovered that syslog messages are sent
to our Firewall --> the Firewall does not accept them. There is also no
entry in the Log Viewer. The syslog messages are sent with source port 0.
Does the Firewall accept UDP packets with source port 0?
Important:
We also use Cisco routers. Our Firewall accpets all syslog messages from the
Cisco routers.
Configuration:
FW-1 4.1, SP1, WinNT4.0 Server, NAT.
