The first message is NT telling you that the NetBIOS browser service
was stopped. This usually happens when you reboot or shut down an NT server
(or workstation, for that matter).
This "browser" has nothing to do with your web browser. It's the NT service
responsible
for keeping track of what resources are available on the NT network.
(Basically: it's job is to gather the information you see under "Network
Neighborhood")
My guess is you rebooted the FW at this time.
