The answer is no. Fw1 will not count internal hosts unless you have a
license which is limited by a number of ip addresses. The eval license is
unlimited and will not count internal hosts.

4.0. I need to figure out how many clients, IPs, checkpoint is seeing
behind it in order to purchase the proper license. Is there a log or file
in which I can look to see this?
