Dear all,
We have problem in installing the license for the reporting
module we purchased lately.
When I use rtconfig to add license, it returned the following error:
Do you want to add licenses (y/n) [n] ? y

Date:never
String:atdkV3jyU-ird8xFJcW-DWgNtTgnC-2xZEgXgBy

Error:failed to add license
The same error occur if we use the rt_license command.
Does anyone got similar problem in installing the reporting modules
and get the problem solved?
