Our MS and remote FW modules recently lost
connectivity overnite. The FW modules were set up to
send their log files to the MS. An Fwstart/fwstop on
the MS caused the remote FW modules to start sending
log entries to the MS again, from the time of the
fwstart. The remote FWs saved the log files locally
for that period when they were disconnected.

Is there anyway to re-merge the log files for the
"disconnected" period on the remote FWs back into a
single log file?

Would "fw logswitch -h" to a single host and then
appending them on top of each other work? Or would
that create a mess that is unreadable by the log
viewer?

Thx,
Dale
