I would like to setup a rule to block hotmail/yahoo mail accesss for
internal users. I have user authentication and a client authentication (for
implicit authentication). Do I need to have the rule before the client
authentication?
e.g.,
any hotmail/yahoo any drop
client authentication rule here
...
user authentication rule here
