I have two Nokia 650's: one running IPSO 3.2.1 and CP4.1sp2, the other is running 3.3 and CP4.1sp3; both firewalls have the same security policy running on them. When I have the IPSO 3.2.1 unit on-line, I get great FTP throughput (100+kbps) and no problems with any other connection. When I have the IPSO 3.3 unit on-line, all other connections are fine EXCEPT for FTP; the throughput drops down to 100bps, then eventually times out. I just went through ALL of the settings in Voyager and compared the two side-by-side and they are identical. Anyone have any clues? TIA....
