All messages to the list - including new subscriptions - should be OK now. The server is a bit loaded now due to the backlog of the messages that weren't delivered, but once these are processed it should be fast again. If you didn't receive reply to the subscription message in a couple of hours, try subscribing again, if it still didn't work - then probably something else is wrong, drop me a note then with the email you tried to subscribe, I will check what's up.
