[fw-general] Zend_Mail and Zend_Mime

Question, Why does Zend_Mail load all the required Zend_Mime files by
default? A simple text email shouldn't require any mime functions.


Basically for simple text based Zend_Mail looks to have a ton of
unrequired overhead.
