The change to use xinclude in the incubator manual.xml requires changes
to the wikification.
Andries is working on this.

The manual is updated quite frequently. I use the online wiki copy,
which is updated hourly from the XML docbook sources:

Just a note -- the incubator manual update process appears to be broken
currently -- there are docs I've committed this week that I know build
fine that are not currently displaying (Zend_Rest changes and
Zend_Service_Akismet).
