[fw-general] Zend_Dojo_Form_Element_CheckBox issues

Hi there,

Zend_Dojo_Form_Element_CheckBox generates an invalid id (in array 
notation) when used in subform (i.e. terminal[new] instead of 
terminal-new). Besides that it generates an option attribute with value 
"0 1". Both issues are not XHTML compliant.
