i would actually expect that this is the case or it is a ZF bug because I
find it difficult to believe that the behavior I outline is intended.
I will setup a clean fresh example on its own and see. I would have done
this to begin with but I thought my first post was pretty cut & dry, it's
either expected or it's something else.
