Does anyone know how to do the below?

I would like to generate a menu with dynamic parameters such as when
visiting page A, link should be /controller/action?id=A, when visiting page
B link should be /controller/action?id=B.

Is it not possible to do? Any clean or workaround suggestions are welcome.

Regards,
Joakim
