[fw-general] $_FILES['file'][name] instead of tmp_name

I noticed, that the uploaded file is automatically moved from the 
$_FILES['file'][tmp_name]to [upload_tmp_dir] $_FILES['file'][name]. This 
happens after is executed the next code:
 
$modelOptions = $form->getValues();
 
 
Can someone help me? Why happens this? What is to do against this?
