Hi, yes it is outdated, but that is just because we are very close to have v1.0.0 release. We are active just we were busy with code rather then with keeping website live :).
Should you use it? Well, our main goal is to make developers life easier, but the ones that works on rather big projects with complex business rules. We are not publishing theory based components, we are creating a framework that is used in real world projects with real users and real data. So, I would say if it works and someone already did it, why you should not re-use that knowledge that is included in that thing.
