Hi, I am looking for a bug tracking system with ticket management features. Ideally open source, in PHP and ZF so I could extend if necessary.
Sorry if this post is only touches ZF briefly (so those can answer me off list if that is against the rules) but regular bug tracking systems, like bugzilla, seem to focus only the bug cycle and do not have the notion of customer -> has many projects -> has many issues (tickets) -> has external/internal comments.
