Hi Amir, I don't think you should convince that X is better than Y. What is your company aiming for? What do you need to develop? Because Yii and CodeIgniter are faster to setup and to develop with when talking about smaller projects, while ZF is heavier, with more features, more difficult but also more flexible when it comes to complex applications. If what you are going to develop is something that requires months to get done, I'd *STRONGLY* suggest you to look at Zend Framework 2 and Symfony 2. Those two frameworks introduce totally new concepts and bring some fresh air in web application development with PHP. Also, it is not a question of "knowing this" or "knowing that" in my opinion. If the team is good enough, switching framework should not be a problem for anyone... Marco Pivetta
