These two releases build on the security patch made last week, and fix
several backwards compatibility breaks introduced, including:

- Ability to use UTF-8 names in Zend\Mail address-related headers
- Ability to use MIME multipart messages with Zend\Mail
- Ability to serialize array values for cookies with Zend\Http
