Glad to hear that fwknop is installed, and I just wanted to follow up on
the above error.  You can change the RPM build root that the
cd_rpmbuilder script uses with the following:

# ./cd_rpmbuilder --rpm-build-dir /some/path/

This should solve the above by supplying the path for RPM's on SuSE (I'm
not sure what this is).
