I have no idea how I missed that.  I did a search for it, and didn't find 
it!!!

In any case, I did basically what you said in the "other" reply.  I re-ran 
install.pl from the distro, and it accurately merged the conf files and I 
was ready to go again.  (Good work on that for upgrades/updates!)
