Unfortunately, the fwknop-static.exe (a fairly old version by the way) was
statically compiled with a libfko that does not support the gpgme functions.
I had made a couple of attempts to see if I could get gpgme working under
windows but had limited time to devote to it (and obviously - limited success).
Even if you get gpgme installed under cygwin (or even natively under windows),
that statically compiled version would work with them. The GPG support has to
be compiled into libfko itself in order for GPG encryption to work.
Though I haven't delved deeply into it, it may be less effort to build libfko
and the fwknop client under Cygwin for a windows exe that would support GPG
functions.
I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you at this time. Hopefully, in
time, someone will work out a solution to this…
