For that photo, I started by converting it automatically using a program called JavE: http://www.jave.de/ which is used by ASCII artists. If someone knows of a better program, please let me know. One annoying thing about JavE is that it tries to be too clever for EyeDrops, by using various ascii characters (EyeDrops can only cope with '#' and ' '), so after auto-conversion, I manually touched it up by tracing Eugene's head onto a piece of plastic and sticky-taping it to the screen! I'm perfectly normal, folks. No, really, I am. :) /-\ndrew
