for us neuronally challanged (or more likely too lazy to do the work)
can you explain it? i get the concepts used but i can't parse out the
nesting of s/// and /e. Deparse helped some but it is still obsfucated
after that.

and this would be cool to send to the quine site. i wonder if quines in
other langs could be done punctuation free?
