Hassan,
please check the following things:
- the spelling of mustUnderstand. It must be spelled as "mustUnderstand" (case sensitive). The
error message hints that it was generated as "MustUnderstand".
- check the SOAP version you use on the receiver (server) side. Only SOAP Version 1.1 accepts
"1", SOAP version 1.2 needs the string "true".
