WS-SC, WS-RM and WS-T interop

Hi All,   It is with regret that we inform you, that the Apache team will not be able to take part in the above interop workshop to be held, 13/14th of April.   The RM implementation was totally complete but due to time constraints we were unable to complete the WS-SC implementation.     We will try to complete the code as soon as possible and interop test it offline. (Hope we get the endpoints from the participants available for some time)   Thanks for all who helped us in this task; especially Dims, Sanjiva and Chathura   Thanks,   Jaliya and Ruchith
