[WSS4J] Load crypto.properties from file system

Hi,

Is it possible to load the crypto.properties file (for
WSHandlerConstants.ENC_PROP_FILE) from the file system?
The search only goes through ClassLoader.getResource() and apparently
that doesn't find files on the filesystem?
