I got one back on July 11. Just reply to it like it asks, and don't worry 
about it. Unless you get a lot more of them.

Maybe, maybe not. All it means is an e-mail didn't get delivered to you. 
It could be a reworking, it could be they took a server down for 
maintenance, or a server crashed...

Or maybe mac.com never got the message either. Some computer inbetween 
might have eaten your tasty message. The Internet is not quite 100% 
reliable. It's better than 99%, but sometimes stuff happens.
