I don't have the link handy, but there is a company I found that creates new
hinges, from steel, not the pot metal orig. used for the Wallstreet hinges.

Maybe search on "steel replace wallstreet hinge" and that should get you
close.

Iirc, it was 80 bucks or so to get the hinges replaced...seemed like a good
deal, to get new hinges and peace of mind.
