I just finished installing an IBM 20GB (model 40GN) drive in my Wallstreet and I can't believe how quiet it is, replacing the small-airplane-sounding IBM 10GB drive. I can hardly tell it's running now. It's $89 now at googlegear.com plus shipping, and add tax if you live in CA.
