Yes, the OSX package comes with a separate OS 9.2 installer CD. However, 
192 is more than enough to run OSX...it runs fairly reasonably on stock 
128 mb iBooks, after all.

You'll *want* more ram, for all the usual 'wanting more ram' reasons: 
faster operation, do more things at once, but 192 mb will work. 64 is 
the stated minimum on the box.
