Personally, I think you got a GREAT deal with that exchange. Isn't the TiBook wonderful? I know that there are folks who complain about it, but the Ti was my first new PB since my PB140 (yes, 140, not 1400) that I had since 1992. I love mine! As I've said many times, until I get a newer model, you'd have to pry this machine from my cold, dead fingers.

Well, it happend tonight. I traded a friend for his TiBook in exchange for my G4 QuickSilver... Here's the breakdown: To Justin: G4 733MHz 1GB RAM Sony CD-R/W ZIP 250 80GB Space (2x40GB IBM Deskstar and Seagate) Adaptec SCSI PCI card And a 60GB WesternDigital Drive that needs to be sent in 17" Loaned Sony 200E $200 To Me: G4 667MHz 512 MB RAM 30GB Internal HDD 60GB External Firewire DVD (built-in) External CD-R/W Firewire Airport Card and Basestation All in all, I think this trade was good one on both sides. I dearly was in need of a laptop and Justin does so much online server hosting at his polace and I am always on the run or at least I like other people to think that I am. :-) Anyway, this book ROCKS. I will have a monitor to plug into it to run dual monitors at home in a week or two, maybe a 19" if I can get lucky :-) I might have to get a Firewire hub... now that would be interesting.
