yes, i'm well aware of that too, but i'm the only mac user in a pc infested
company, and there's no justification for buying an extra licence for the
mac version.
having said that, labview runs surprisingly well under emulation. you can
even hook up a usb - serial port adapter and run communications vi's with
other rs232 equipment ... although most of what i do is (small) image
manuipulation, so (native) speed is not really that critical.
